Their representative, Emma Linton, has been incredibly detailed in her search for appropriate staff for us and has sourced high quality professionals that, in some cases, have moved over to become permanent members of our team. Emma visited each site at college so that she was able to provide the right people for the right roles required. Her passion for SEND shines and she is totally person focussed and strives to provide the best service for young disabled people. Emma shares the same values of our college and understands that high quality teachers and learning support are vital in raising expectation and delivering high quality learning experiences to young people with SEND. The service Emma has provided has been professional, targeted, highly appropriate, proactive and responsive.

The supply teachers that we have had are efficient, friendly and reliable. I know that finding supply cover can be a difficult job but Key Stage listen to our needs which are ever-changing and Ed is completely dedicated to finding the best cover he can.

We are very happy working with Key Stage supply agency. Our consultant Ed Belshaw always provides us with a friendly and professionally bespoke support. I really appreciate Ed’s efficient follow-through process of administration from the point of confirming supply to providing us with DBS check details. Oh and then there is the recently introduced electronic authorisation of the staff timesheets which also gives you the cost of how much the invoice will be. The supply teachers that we have had are efficient, friendly and reliable.
