Following your application, we will arrange a comprehensive interview with one of our specialist education consultants either at your designated local office or via Microsoft Teams for a face-to-face online conversation. This lasts approximately one hour and covers professional expectations, competency assessment, safeguarding protocols, and your educational experience. Prior to your appointment, you will receive detailed joining instructions via email, including either the complete office address or Teams meeting link, appointment confirmation, and a comprehensive documentation checklist of all required certificates, references, and identification materials.

Documents

Please provide the following documents so we can clear you for work:

Photo ID: We require a valid passport as the preferred form of identification. Alternatively, you may provide a valid driving licence accompanied by a birth certificate. If you do not have access to photographic identification, please contact our team for guidance on acceptable alternative documentation.
Two passport sized photographs are required.
Two documents for proof of address (i.e. a utility bill or bank statement, dated within the past 3 months).
Entry Clearance Visa/Work Permit if applicable.
Proof of your National Insurance Number (i.e. P60, P45, correspondence from HMRC, benefits agency or payslip from a previous employer).
Certificates of relevant qualifications (i.e. Teaching Qualifications, Early Years Practitioners etc).
Details of 2 referees which must cover a full 2 year period from the most recent.
Enhanced DBS Disclosure (if you have more than one please bring all of them with you). If you do not have a DBS Disclosure you will need to pay for a new DBS which can be arranged by ourselves on your behalf. The cost of the Enhanced DBS with our partner is £60.79. If you have a DBS on the Update Service our team will check that this is current. If this is the case, you will not be required to complete a new DBS.
