We have used Key Stage for a number of years now and are always happy with the service we receive. We have a number of staff who are on long term supply at our school who are all brilliant. Using Key Stage feels more personal, they have taken the time to get to know our school and our requirements i.e. if we have a preference for a certain teacher, they will always be considered first. We have built up a great relationship with the team at Key Stage, especially Claire who is always friendly, helpful, and does her best to accommodate our needs, even at short notice. Claire always gives us a quick call to confirm bookings for the week ahead, and keeps us up to date with any changes. Safeguarding information is thorough and sent promptly, and the timesheets are easy to understand and authorise.
