Teaching resources and useful information

All supply teachers are expected to take appropriate resources along to bookings. Even when work is set for the day, it is a good idea to have extra resources and activities ready to fill any spare time and ensure that students are maximising their learning for the day. Safeguarding and mental health resources: – This statutory guidance has been updated for 2018. Click above for a FREE ‘Maths Mastery’ scheme of work from ‘Maths – No Problem!’  A site packed with interactive phonics games, phonics planning, assessment ideas and many teaching ideas and resources to help children to learn – Online version of the magazine, with news and fantastic lesson plans Printable sheets for Foundation Stage/KS1, and lots of themed activities – a great source of graphic/ resources, particularly for Foundation Stage and KS1 – Pie Corbett’s writing-focused site, with comprehensive primary resources – this is a simple but fabulous site, with a different picture prompt every day for writing activities – probably most suitable for KS2 – Maths worksheets and resources for KS2 – a game site for basic operations in Maths – great for learning times tables
