Key Stage Teacher Supply

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient School Administrator – The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the school’s administrative functions, supporting both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the school’s administrative operations, including front office duties
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with parents, staff, and external agencies
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including student attendance and enrolment data
  • Assist with the coordination of school events and activities
  • Support the school’s leadership team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a school administrative role or similar setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A friendly and professional demeanour
  • Knowledge of school-specific software (e.g., SIMS) is an advantage
