We now have an up to date version of our web resource list for teachers and teaching assistants.  Hopefully you will find it useful, and we would welcome any feedback on the sites featured, and any suggestions on new sites to add to the list.


General Information – This is where the National Curriculum, APP and AfL documents can now be found – it also has a page of links to the ‘Teachers TV’ video content. – This is where all Department for Education info can be found. – The office for standards in Education


General Teaching Resources – The BBC learning zone – all age ranges – On-line version of the education newspaper and free resources – you need to register but the quantity of resources is vast – Guardian Education website with free resources – Has mainly primary resources, but also lots of general advice for supply teachers – Free SEN teaching resources – printables and on-screen games – Good resources for all Key Stages – Good resources for all Key Stages – A world of free resources – Links to lots of good resources – all Key Stages very good web links for all Key Stages – Gives you times/routes of buses/trains from your address to schools/nurseries


Primary Teaching Resources – Online version of the magazine, with news and fantastic lesson plans resources for primary – Fantastic primary resources – Has resources for everythingfantastic site for primary teachers sheets for Foundation Stage/KS1, and lots of themed activities (ie. Halloween crafts) – Great free resources, with an international focus – Maths worksheets and resources for KS2


Teaching Assistant Resources – Links and resources of free resources – Lots of good primary resources – No longer updated, but all the past online magazines can be viewed


Secondary Teaching Resources – Online version of the magazine, with news and fantastic lesson plans – Links to good resources and plans for various subject areas – ICT resources for secondary teachers to schemes of work and other resources for one-off lessons and assemblies
