We have been working with Key Stage for many years now – other supply agencies have come and gone but we have always stayed with Key Stage due to the quality teachers, professional service and reasonable rates. The service is professional but very personable – Key Stage strives to build good relationships that stand the test of time and that has certainly been the case with us.

The members of agency staff that have worked / are working at the school through Key Stage, especially those on long term supply cover, have been brilliant. The whole process is seamless, from the initial discussion over the telephone to authorising timesheets! I find that the team at Key Stage, in particular Jody, really take the time to listen to what we need.

We have worked with Key Stage Supply for a number of years now and have always been impressed with the way in which requests for supply staff have been dealt with. Liaising with one key member of the team at Key Stage (Jody, in our case) means that the time taken to get to know the school, and what we need, is understood and provided really effectively. This is very much appreciated, especially as we know the team will try very hard to match, and often exceed, our requests for staff, when needed.
