Choice for parents is just an illusion

The National Association of Head Teachers (NAHT) warned recently that councils, who are responsible for ensuring there are enough school places in an area, have not created enough new schools or increased the number of primary school places in the areas that most need them. They are requesting a national approach to ensure there are enough school places and argued that otherwise the so-called choice for parents is just an illusion.
