Due to a growth at Key Stage Teacher Supply, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Assistant in our well established Lancaster team.

The successful candidate will;

•be an integral member of the team and will develop and maintain relationships with our new and existing schools and our candidates and you will be committed to delivering an excellent and compliant level of service at all times.
•have a professional telephone manner, comfortable in speaking with candidates and clients at all levels.
•be responsible for resourcing new candidates to the database by various methods of advertising, marketing activity and use of social media.
•assisting the Branch Manager and Recruitment Consultant in organsing assignments for our candidates.
•be organised and display accurate adminstrative skills.
•be computer literate with a good undertanding of excel and word.
• be a self-starter, who can work on their own initiative and enjoy the challenge of working to deadlines, often under pressure within a small team environment.
•have a flexible and resilient approach to work.
•the core operational hours of 8.30 am to 5pm but you will be required to share the on- call requirement of 7.30 am – 9 pm.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales and/or customer service background, be creative and have a ‘can do’ attitude towards work.
